Villa Lujo is a celebration of balance — between the grandeur of neoclassical French architecture and the fluid ease of contemporary luxury. The core idea lies in translating classical symmetry and refinement into a light, sculptural form that breathes with movement. The central glass wave, both an art object and a metaphor, embodies this duality — tradition meeting innovation, stillness meeting flow.
The main challenge was to reinterpret the language of French neoclassicism within the dynamic, sun-drenched context of Dubai. Our goal was to preserve the spirit of sophistication and order while introducing a sense of fluidity and openness suited to the desert climate and lifestyle. Integrating classical motifs — marble portals, cornices, arches — into an airy, modern environment required precision and restraint. We also aimed to soften the visual intensity of marble and gold accents by surrounding them with natural greenery and filtered daylight, ensuring harmony between opulence and calm.
