Arlo Midtown is home to Nearly Ninth Restaurant + Bar, a new Italian American concept, and The Rooftop at Nearly Ninth. With timeless design & sophisticated allure, Nearly Ninth carves out a serene and charming environment. Perched atop the 26th floor, The Rooftop at Nearly Ninth is a botanical haven with ample & inviting lounge-style seating surrounded by vibrant florals and plush greenery to create an urban garden escape. The restaurant’s indoor terrace, the Courtyard, is ensconced in greenery and flooded with a glass ceiling providing sunlit respite from the bustling neighborhood outside.

At Nearly Ninth, neutral & natural materials pair with pops of color to transition spaces between night & day and work & entertainment, creating a boundary free environment. Natural woods & light marble in concert with colorful geometric wood & jewel-tone fabrics facilitate a joyful palette for daytime and a rich glow for evening.

Effortless minimalist design extends across 5 on-property lounging and dining venues, yielding a dynamic & welcoming atmosphere. F&B is embedded into the DNA of the property so guests are empowered to exist in a gray area between live, work and play.
