Fazenda Alteza is a curated retreat and wellness community located in Bananeiras, Paraíba, along the Borborema Ridge—one of the few highland-climate destinations in Brazil’s northeast, a region typically known for tropical beaches. Entirely masterplanned and designed by our team, the project integrates architectural identity, landscape preservation, and sensitive urban design. Existing lakes guided the placement of the main amenities, arranged as a central village. Three signature buildings define this communal core: the Farm Pavilion, offering culinary and leisure spaces such as a bistro, café terrace, gourmet shop, and market; the Wellness Club, a lakeside facility with spa rooms, gym, thermal pools, and zen areas; and the Chapel, oriented toward the sunset as a spiritual and visual landmark. Additional programs include an equestrian center and petting farm, enhancing experiential hospitality. The architecture reinterprets vernacular forms through steep roofs, earthy tones, stone, timber, and tile. Structures follow the terrain, preserving vegetation, water flows, and privileged views.
