Theros All Suite Hotel is a contemporary architectural interpretation of the Greek village, where cubic forms, stone masonry, and rough wood, are reimagined with modern gestures, bioclimatic strategies, and advanced building technologies. The composition articulates a clear hierarchy of spaces, expressed through materiality, topography, and spatial rhythm.
The masterplan is structured along two orthogonal axes. The introverted axis organizes suites into clustered “neighborhoods,” enclosed by reed beds and traditional stone walls with wide mortar joints, evoking the tactile honesty of local craftsmanship. Transitional courtyards, shaded alleys, and controlled apertures mediate light, privacy, and airflow. The extroverted axis defines a central pool spine, framed by mediterranean vegetation.
At their intersection, the Wellness Building emerges as a geometric landmark — a reinterpretation of Byzantine domes and baths, rising from reflective pools. An adjacent organic garden, contributes to the sustainability ethos of the hotel. Architecture and landscape merge through native vegetation, solar integration, and natural materials, forming a serene microcosm rooted in the Aegean context.
