The primary challenge of the project was to reinterpret The Loft House identity within a context radically different from the one in which the brand was originally conceived. While its first properties emerged in urban environments defined by cultural activity, social interaction, and the energy of city life, this project required translating those same values into a setting deeply connected to the Mediterranean Sea, the natural landscape, and the slower rhythm of Ibiza.
The design seeks to establish a balance between these two worlds. It preserves the contemporary, welcoming, and community-driven spirit that defines the brand, while expressing it through a more serene, essential, and context-sensitive architectural language. Natural light, views, materials, and the island's atmosphere become the true protagonists of the guest experience.
Inspired by Ibiza's landscape, the project combines terracotta tones, warm woods, natural fibers, handcrafted ceramics, and Mediterranean vegetation. The result is a contemporary retreat that encourages guests to reconnect with nature, embrace a slower pace of life, and experience the authentic spirit of the island.
