Born in Spain, Beatriz started her career in several architecture and design offices in London after graduating and receiving her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture from Seville University. She arrived in the hospitality sector in 2017 when she joined Soho House as part of the in-house team designing and building the properties of the group. After 2 years, she moved to Radisson Hotel Group for a role in the Design & Technical Department at the Headquarters of the company in Madrid.
With over 7 years of experience within the hospitality design industry, currently she is overseeing +40 projects in EMEA focusing on the design aspects of them, approval processes and brand identity guardian. Also, as part of the Design Team, she is responsible for the development of the RHG main five core brands’ design guidelines together with their implementation in the Areas; of looking for new design opportunities for rooms and public areas to satisfy new markets and of putting together concept design packages for key properties within the company.
