Kristina, a hospitality project manager and consultant, has over 12 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry, mainly working with leading international hotel chains but also with boutique projects. She managed various development projects such as new-built hotels and resorts, restaurants, full and soft renovations, building and brand conversions, and has an experience in construction site management.
Recent consulting services included, amongst others, market research, concept development, planning and analysis, more than design coordination and development, tenders, project management for new and renovation projects as well as pre-opening services.
In the past 5 years, Kristina managed over 50 designs, always squeezing the potential from aesthetic and efficiency sides. She keeps a tight focus on compliance with concepts and standards, boosting the returns on investments by sensible project optimization, value engineering and driven guest experience.
In 2023 Kristina founded Cospitality, a hospitality consulting company that provides a wide scope of consulting services for hospitality project development.
