As Managing Partner of VHC Global, Eelco leads global F&B strategy and creative development across luxury and lifestyle projects. VHC Global’s work spans F&B concept development, design prototyping, and asset management. In each project, we balance functionality, storytelling, and emotional impact.
Eelco brings deep expertise in aligning hospitality design with brand and business goals, backed by 20 years of international hotel and F&B experience. He is also a Strategic Partner at Agency_X, the creative studio behind the Locavore Group, where he works on next-generation food, beverage, and design projects rooted in local culture and global relevance.
With a background in hotel F&B operations, Eelco previously led corporate F&B development for Marriott’s Luxury and Lifestyle brands in Asia-Pacific and for Hilton’s F&B brand team in the Americas.
