Sharon Grob is Global Business Development Lead at Oppenheim Architecture, where she leads the practice’s international growth across ultra-luxury hospitality, branded residential and design-led signature projects.
With more than two decades of international experience spanning luxury hospitality design, UHNW wealth management and advisory, and relationships with family offices, investors and developers, Sharon brings a distinctive perspective on the intersection of design, capital and commercial strategy. She works closely with developers, investors, hotel operators and leading global brands to originate and shape ambitious projects across key international markets.
Sharon is inspired by destination-led developments where contextual design and compelling design narratives create a meaningful dialogue between architecture, landscape and culture. She is particularly interested in architecture that responds sensitively to the natural world, allowing the environment and sense of place to shape the design rather than simply provide its setting.
She believes the most compelling hospitality projects combine authenticity, strong placemaking and exceptional guest experience, creating destinations that resonate emotionally while delivering enduring cultural and commercial value.
