Anya Gordon Clark is an Interior Design Manager at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she helps shape and evolve the interior design standards of multiple hotel brands across Europe. Working closely with owners, architects and design teams, she supports projects from early concept through to delivery, helping to create spaces that balance strong design, operational practicality and commercial success.
Before joining IHG, Anya worked across a range of respected design practices, including leading hospitality design studio Studio Moren. Her experience spans hotels, restaurants and leisure destinations in the UK and internationally, giving her a strong foundation in both the creative and commercial aspects of hospitality design. Having worked both as a designer and within a global hospitality company, she brings a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing the industry today.
At IHG, her work spans design strategy, conversion and adaptive reuse projects, sustainability initiatives, and the ongoing evolution of guest experiences across the European market.
Beyond her role at IHG, Anya actively supports emerging talent through mentoring, industry events and panel discussions. She enjoys contributing to conversations around the future of hospitality and believes the most successful projects are those that combine creativity, collaboration and a genuine understanding of the people they serve.
