Annamaria Lambri

Born in Italy, Architect Annamaria Lambri studied Architecture at Politecnico di Milano and she then specialized in Hospitality Design.
Annamaria has vast and diversified experience in the field of Architecture and Design, working on numerous projects ranging from international exhibitions to commercial, residential, and hospitality design both in Italy and internationally. She moved to the UAE where she worked on a variety of prestigious design projects including several hospitality design projects, working with some of the major international hotel operators. She developed projects in the Gulf Region, Asia, and Europe, building a conspicuous professional experience in the design field.
Annamaria is Chair of the Department of Interior Design and Associate Professor of Interior Design at American University in Dubai UAE. She specializes in Hospitality Design and developed strong collaborations with some of the major players in the field.
Her research focuses on human-centered design, spacing from the study of the relationships between educational spaces and learning experience and the study of innovative instructional approaches. Her primary area of interest is the development of the hospitality design field and its implications.
