Chiara Calufetti-Lim

Chiara Calufetti-Lim is a seasoned architect with international experience on projects built around the world; a true versatile global player in the world of design and architecture. She has an architectural master’s degree from IUAV in Italy and has worked in Europe, USA, the Middle East and Asia.
Chiara has designed and led many projects with different areas of focus including high-end retail, residential and hospitality, from concept to construction; she has a wealth of experience in historic renovation, interior design, and remodelling. She stays abreast with new trends and technologies like AI, pushing boundaries of possibilities to constantly consider how to adapt the design process and stay ahead of the curve.
Spearheading sustainability-focused initiatives within WATG, she became a LEED AP in 2006 and later added the BD+C accreditation as well as completed a course in Business Sustainability Management offered by the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
Chiara has worked on several high-profile projects including Rissai Valley, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Jiuzhaigou, Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Red Sea, Umana Bali, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Banyan Tree at Hann Lux, and the master planning of Fari Islands, collaborating with some of the world’s most illustrious clients.
