Cristiano holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, graduating from the Polytechnic University of Turin. He started his career as an architect working for corporate and private clients being responsible for the design and the construction phases of several projects in Italy, France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
With over 15 years of experience, he achieved extensive knowledge in hospitality design and project management having had the chance to cover different positions in the field and working in different roles. In 2004, he was the site director for a Construction Company, in 2007 Asset Manager, Owner side, then Architect for a 170 rooms hotel and then, lately head of the department.
He joined NH Hotel Group as Senior Director in 2016, managing the Italian team of Project, Construction, Maintenance & Engineering based in Milan. This role made him responsible for an important pipeline of New Openings and Refurbishments. More than 50 projects managed in the last years, together with new procedures and standards execution, Project Management Office implementation have been carried out, thanks to his team, achieving amazing results.
More recently, Cristiano joined Eclettico Design, a branch of Lombardini22 one of the largest architectural and engineering companies in Italy as BU Director of Hospitality and Luxury Residential.
