Holding a master’s degree in Public Affairs and another in International Management, Elena Apiou has led design projects for the hospitality industry for the past 10 years.
She has participated in redefining the design DNA of Accor historic brands Novotel and Ibis, organizing international design contests and collaborating with internationally renowned designers and architects such as the Sundukovy sisters, Innocad, Ramy Fischler… She has also headed Adagio Aparthotels Design department, aiming at transforming the brand through new design concepts and ambitious new-builts and refurbishment projects worldwide.
She recently launched her own design consultancy – faire – Design Leadership – whose role is to help hoteliers and investors define and implement the design strategy best suited to their business ambitions.
