Luis Galofre is a global F&B strategist and hospitality design leader with over 20 years of experience across operations, concept development, and brand transformation. He currently serves as CEO of Talentchef, a Spain-based consultancy reshaping the future of food and beverage for hotels and lifestyle destinations across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Under his leadership, Talentchef has become a go-to partner for top-tier hotel groups seeking to unlock the full potential of their F&B offerings, from crafting visionary restaurant concepts and bar experiences to defining kitchen functionality and culinary programming with operational precision.
Before joining Talentchef, Luis played a pivotal role at Marriott International, where he led F&B design and development for the Caribbean and Latin America region. His work was instrumental in elevating the guest experience across renowned brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, W Hotels, and Luxury Collection, overseeing the creation of over 90+ restaurants and bars.
Luis began his career in the U.S. hospitality scene, holding senior roles at landmark properties and restaurants including Buddha Bar DC, AmRest, and Art and Soul DC, where he worked alongside celebrity chef Art Smith. He later served as Director of Bar Concepts at W Washington, D.C., driving the success of its award-winning rooftop and signature venues.
Today, through his work with Talentchef and his involvement as a Jury Member for the LIV Hospitality Design Awards, Luis continues to shape the global F&B landscape, merging creativity, business intelligence, and a deep understanding of what makes hospitality truly memorable.
