Since 2007, Raul Tellez has been a professional Architect with a strong focus on sustainable architecture, branded product design, and interior design within the hospitality sector. His journey began in 2014 after gaining international experience in the UK, Germany, and India, where Tellez started specializing in hospitality design.

Currently, Tellez leads the architectural and interior design team at Minor Europe & Americas, previously known as NH Hotel Group. In this role, he blends creative vision with strategic business insight, advancing our design philosophy to align with the growth and customer experience objectives of his six hotel brands: Anantara, Tivoli, Avani, NH, NH Collection, and nhow.

Raul Tellez responsibilities encompass not only management but also active participation in developing and implementing design guidelines, ensuring a harmonious balance between innovation and practicality. This role presents a unique challenge that influences both the physical environment and the brand identity, ultimately enhancing the customer journey in the hospitality industry.
